Who I Am and What We Do
I'm Mayank, I'm the founder of DreamAimDeliver.ai, a company in Switzerland. We are basically a technical consultancy with a twist: we use a lot of internal processes, AI and LLMs to make the process of building software more efficient and more affordable.
We are a group of people who look into the future and think about what the outlook of companies will be 10, 15, 20 years from now, where it's not just people, but people who are supercharged with specialized agents or assistants. This lets them do what they do best in a more efficient way and express their ideas much quicker than with conventional approaches.
The Client and the Core Challenge
We’ve had multiple clients, and one of them is Bewerbeagentur, a marketing agency in Zurich who approached us with a very specific problem: building an e-learning platform that integrates a significant number of features that make it stand out from any other e-learning platform that we have seen today. This was a very challenging problem.
Anytime you're approached by people coming from a specific domain and you're supposed to build a project – I'm a technical founder, so I understand a lot of software architectures – there's a big gap between what a client expresses and what you need on the technical side to actually model the solution or the entire suite of products that they need.
Why We Needed More Than “Just a Designer”
In most projects you would just go "oh, let's get a designer", but for these specific problems we realized that just a designer does not fill this gap. We need someone who actually bridges the language between the client and the people who design and build the product – a client who does not have a complete understanding of how things would be implemented, operated, designed in real life, and a person who actually does this designing.
That's where we were very lucky to work with Stefano.
A Non-Conventional Design Sprint
We conducted a very non-conventional design sprint which spanned three days in Zurich. We questioned our clients in several ways, and Stefano led this questioning and was able to extract, in a very optimized way, what the client wants.
This meant collecting 10 different ideas, distilling them into four or five, and prioritizing them along a range from what is most important to what could be nice to have.
From Ideas to Technical Clarity
Not only that, but Stefano also helped with modeling things like "hey, what could the data structures in a final database look like", or "how could these things be integrated with modern solutions like payment gateways or calendar and scheduling systems", or authentication and role-based access control.
These were very valuable insights that probably saved us months of back and forth that I would otherwise have had with the clients to explain how things actually work.
Design System and Long-Term Reuse
Having Stefano on board was valuable because we were able to speak a common language, define what success looks like for their product, come to a mutual agreement on what the first version of the product is and what an iterative, logical next version looks like.
On top of that, with Stefano we got absolutely excellent Figma files which gave us a clear layout of a UI kit – a UI kit that can be reused for branding several different e-learning platforms that these clients want to host in the longer term.
Impact on the Project and the Dev Team
The way we were able to organize this project thanks to Stefano is not just taking care of what they want in the next immediate year, but potentially in the next five years, without repeating the same work. The project is going extremely well. The clients are extremely happy with how Stefano has been working with them. We are extremely happy with the outputs from Stefano and the insights he has provided through Figma files and documentation.
Even our development team – a remote team based in India who have never met Stefano – basically just looked at his Figma files, his breakdown of all of the components, his design of how the theme should be and how it should render on different platforms like mobile, tablets, large screens, and they are able to deliver at an unparalleled speed.

I honestly would like to stress the role of Stefano in the success of this project, because I genuinely believe we might not have taken on this client if it was not for having Stefano working with us and with them.
